HISTORY is located at 1663 Queen Street East (just east of Coxwell Avenue) in The Beaches neighborhood.

 

BOX OFFICE

The box office is located at the window to the west of the main entrance, and inside the front vestibule. Major credit cards and debit accepted. The box office operates only on show days, and opens 1 hour prior to the advertised door time, until 10pm.

During this time, you are able to purchase tickets to any upcoming show, if available. Note that if a show is sold out, we do not hold additional tickets for walk-up sales at the box office.

Also note that the price you pay at the box office is the same that you would pay online, including all fees.

 

BAG POLICY

SMALL clutches, belt bags, fanny-packs or bags that are clear (i.e. see-through) are permitted. This allows the venue staff to safely and efficiently screen and welcome fans into the event. All event attendees and items will be subject to search when entering the venue. The maximum allowable bag size is 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm), including purses.

Backpacks and other oversized bags are not permitted in the venue or at coat check. We strongly recommend leaving these items at home or in your car.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

HISTORY doesn’t allow the following into the venue:

• ALL BACKPACKS
• Outside food and drink (including water), water bottles
• Glass containers
• Narcotics and illegal substances, drug paraphernalia,
• Laser pointers
• Spray paint
• Stickers
• Chairs
• Large umbrellas
• Sports balls
• Glow sticks
• Selfie sticks
• Large banners, flags or signs,
• Bicycles
• Laptops, tablets
• Any professional audio/video recording devices (SLR, DSLR, GoPro, etc.)
• Animals (with the exception of service animals),
• Weapons of any kind
• And any object that security/management deems unsafe or that can be used as a projectile.

 

CASHLESS PAYMENT

All points of sale for food & beverage and coat check will ONLY accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). Select points of sale for merchandise may accept cash.

 

FOOD & BEVERAGE

If you have tickets for the Premium Seating areas and are interested in accessing a premium food and beverage menu for this show, please click to visit the venue’s Premium Seating page. *Please note this option is available for the Premium Seating areas only.

COAT CHECK

Our Coat Check is available for every show on a first come first served basis; located on the main floor for general admission ticket holders, and upstairs for mezzanine ticket holders. The cost is $5 per item - debit and major credit cards accepted.

If you forget an item at coat check, or believe you have lost something at the venue, please email HISTORYlostandfound@livenation.com.

For your health and safety, please be sure to:

• Stay hydrated and drink lots of water
• Do not bring prohibited items into the event and follow entry protocols
• Follow our Fan Code of Conduct for your and everyone’s safety
• Follow instruction from event staff – they are here to help
• If you see something, say something - report safety and security concerns immediately to event security and staff

 

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for everyone. We ask that your conduct contribute to everyone’s enjoyment of the event, be legally appropriate and not be offensive or abusive to others. For your safety and comfort, unacceptable conduct is subject to ejection and includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Use of foul, threatening, offensive or abusive language or gestures
• Discrimination, bullying or hate that harasses, victimizes, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, race, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, ability, physical appearance or other
• Harassment, including unwelcome or hostile behavior, physical contact, or sexual attention
• Fighting or any other type of violence
• Wearing or using clothing, signs, and banners which are offensive in nature.
• Intoxication or impairment due to alcohol/cannabis or consumption of illegal substances
• Throwing objects or interfering with the progress of the event
• Being in possession of alcohol not purchased inside the venue
• Being a minor in possession of alcohol or providing a minor with alcohol
• Being in possession of weapons, illegal substances, or any other prohibited items
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes, personal vaporizers, and cannabis)
• Unpermitted access and breaching perimeters to the venue, VIP areas or other restricted areas
• Any other conduct that may be deemed by Security or Venue Management to be inappropriate or which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property, or disruption of the event
